Q: How can I become a seller on the Pocamarket Seller Shop?

You must be at least 18 years old
To ensure safe payment processing and seller payouts, we are gradually launching our service, starting with select countries. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Am I allowed to sell Fanmade or Unofficial Photocards as well?

Pocamarket operates the Seller Shop to help K-pop fans around the world express their love for artists and enjoy collecting photocards more easily.
To keep the marketplace safe and trustworthy, please note that we only allow official photocards—those officially released by artists or their agencies through albums, events, or other official channels.
As such, fanmade or unofficial photocards are strictly prohibited. If such items are listed, a warning will be issued. After receiving three warnings, the admin team will contact the seller directly. If the issue is not resolved following this contact, the seller’s activity may be subject to suspension.
Please carefully review and adhere to these guidelines when using the Seller Shop.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping make the Pocamarket Seller Shop a safe and trustworthy space for all K-pop fans.
2. Item management
Q. Is it possible to sell photocards of an artist who is not listed on Pocamarket? If not, how can I proceed?

Currently you can only sell photocards that are already listed in the Pocamarket database.
If you would like to sell photocards of an artist that is not yet available on Pocamarket, please fill out the request form. If there is confirmed seller demand, our team will consider expanding the artist category within the Seller Shop.
Q. The photocard I want to sell doesn't show up in the search.

If the artist is listed but you can’t find the specific photocard, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
We kindly ask that you include an image of the photocard in your inquiry, so we can check whether it can be added to the platform and get back to you with an update.
Q. How do I list an item for sale?

There are three ways to list your photoards for sale:
1) My > Selling > Item Management > Click ‘+Sell’ Button
2) Seller Shop Main Page > Click ‘+Sell’ Button
3) Pocamarket Product Detail Page > Click ‘Sell Mine’ Button

Q. Where can I manage my uploaded items ?

You can manage them under My > Selling > Item Management.
3. Selling Know-how
Q. How can I improve the visibility and sales of my shop?
•
Currently, items are listed in order of the most recently uploaded, so newly added items appear at the top.
Buyers tend to be more interested in listings with clear thumbnail images, free shipping, and competitive prices. Applying these tips when uploading your items can help attract more attention and increase your chances of making a sale.
Additionally, the payment feature for Seller Shop officially launched on October 15, allowing buyers to make purchases directly within the Seller Shop.
We’re also developing new features such as a dashboard for sellers to view performance data and a “recommended” sorting option to help boost your shop’s visibility — please stay tuned!
Q. What’s some useful know-how for selling well on the Seller Shop?

From our experience running the Seller Shop beta service, we've learned that buyers are more likely to purchase items that are easy to browse and clearly presented. Listings with high-quality thumbnail images that show the photocard’s condition, reasonable pricing, and affordable or free shipping tend to perform better.
Highlighting your item’s strengths and providing honest, detailed descriptions can help build buyer trust and increase your chances of making a sale.
4. Seller Fee & Payout
Q. How much is the selling fee on Pocamarket?

A 15% sales fee is applied based on the sold item price.
We plan to introduce the payout feature in 2025, and sellers with sales revenue will be notified by email.
Q. Where can I manage my orders?
•
You can check it in My > Selling > Order Management.
You can accept or cancel orders and manage each step of the process.

Q. How can I view the earnings from my sales?
•
You can check the earnings that are ready for settlement (after purchase confirmation) under My > Funds Management.
Please note that only the funds eligible for withdrawal — those from orders that have been confirmed by the buyer — are displayed there.
