Q. Do the sellers only sell official photocards in the Seller Shop?

The Seller Shop is a platform that connects buyers and sellers, and does not directly verify or authenticate the Photocards. Since it’s a marketplace, there's a possibility that some sellers may list fanmade or unofficial photocards, so please be cautious when making a purchase.

Q. The photocards I purchased from the Seller Shop seem to be unofficial(or have defects). How can you help me?

Please make sure to carefully check the photos, condition filters, price, and description uploaded by the seller before making a purchase.

We’re currently working on adding a feature that allows direct communication with sellers. Until then, please make sure to carefully check the photos, condition filters, price, and description uploaded by the seller before making a purchase.

Q. Where can I find the Seller Shop cart ?

You can find your Seller Shop cart by going to Sellers at the bottom of the app and then tapping the bag-shaped icon at the top of the screen.

3. Shipping

Q. How do you set the shipping fee?

The seller sets the shipping fee.
Each seller can set different shipping rates depending on the destination country (domestic or international). The more photocards you buy from a seller in your own country, the more cost-effective your shopping experience will be.

Q. Who sends the photocard — does Pocamarket handle the shipping or does the seller send it directly?

Seller Shop is a platform that connects buyers and sellers, so items purchased through Seller Shop are not shipped by Pocamarket.
The seller sends the photocard directly, so please keep this in mind.

 After Shipping

Q. Where can I see my order history?

You can check your order history by going to My > Buying > Seller Shop Order List in the app.

Q. The shipping carrier information and tracking number is missing (or not showing).

If the seller does not enter the shipping carrier and tracking number, it will not be displayed.
In some cases, the delivery method may not provide a tracking number, so we recommend waiting until the package arrives.

Q. I haven’t received my item or There’s a problem with the delivery

The purchase confirmation process is automatically initiated within 30 days from the shipping start date. An email notification will be sent to buyers from the Seller Shop 10 days before the purchase confirmation.
Since the seller can only receive payment after the purchase is confirmed, if there is any issue with the delivery or you haven’t received your item, please report it before the purchase is confirmed, and we will put the confirmation on hold for you.
You can submit a report through Seller Shop Order List > View Details(Order Details) > Report this order
Please note that if you do not submit a report within the given period, we won’t be able to put the purchase confirmation on hold, and it may be difficult for us to assist you afterward

Q. Can I contact the Seller?

Under the current policy, direct communication between buyers and sellers is not allowed.
If you need to provide important shipping information (such as a tax ID), please contact our customer support. For general inquiries or non-essential questions, please understand that we’re unable to forward them to the seller.

Q. How can I report a Seller?

The Report feature becomes available once the shipment status changes to “Shipment Started.”
Please submit your report according to the issue type, and the Seller Shop team will review it and take appropriate action
Please note that false reports may result in penalties, so we kindly ask you to report carefully.
